17. The course is strictly for personal use only; Using our applications, services, courses and products for earning money/commercial purpose is not allowed.

19. Candidates posting inappropriate content/abuse/any sort of discrimination based on age, gender, financial status, social status, religion, caste, race or any other identity, trait/sexual orientation will be blocked without notice and may be subject to legal action for continued violations.

Refund Policy:
24. Once registration is completed, no refunds will be issued.
25. If a candidate does not participate or engage with the course, or partially engages or partially participates or doesn’t engage or participate due to any reasons no refunds will be provided. We maintain a strict refunds policy for all virtual courses and products. For physical products we have a case to case refund policy if a damaged product is sold to you.
26. No refunds will be issued for discontinuing the course before the designated period.
26. Vouchers granted during registration are valid for a single usage only.
27. If a candidate fails to utilize the service within the specified period, extensions will not be granted, nor will refunds be processed.
28. Course registration is non-transferable; any apparent transfer will result in subscription termination without notice.
29. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed for courses, online and physical products, or digital services.
30. Physical products are not eligible for refunds; replacements are offered only for damaged items as proven by reliable evidence during delivery.
31. Cancellations are not permitted once payment is confirmed.
32. Returns are only accepted for replacement products delivered in compromised condition, within the stated time frame.
33. No warranties apply to any products or services.
34. Shipping costs, if applicable, GST and any other taxes intended for buyers by law are the buyer’s responsibility, except for replacements on certain conditions mentioned by the company/management.
35. If a buyer is unavailable at the provided delivery address, refunds will reflect shipping charges deducted once the shipment is returned.
